Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Bar Manager to oversee daily operations, coordinate staff, ensure customer service excellence, and optimize the establishment's profitability. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages daily bar operations and team coordination. 2. Focuses on customer satisfaction and sales optimization. 3. Develops strategies to drive growth and organize events. Position Required: Bar Manager Responsibilities: \* Supervise daily bar operations (opening and closing) \* Coordinate and lead staff (bartenders, servers, cashier, and security) \* Ensure excellent customer service and proper handling of complaints \* Monitor inventory of beverages, supplies, and glassware \* Authorize orders and coordinate with suppliers \* Control costs, sales, and profitability margins \* Supervise cash reconciliations and sales reports \* Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and civil protection regulations \* Implement strategies to increase sales and foot traffic \* Verify adherence to internal policies and labor regulations \* Coordinate bar events, promotions, and activations \* Prepare operational reports for General Management Requirements: \* Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in a similar position \* Availability to work night shifts, 4 to 5 days per week \*\*\* Salary is negotiable based on qualifications observed during the interview Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $18,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment
