Requirements * Technical high school diploma or **recent graduate** in a related field (mechanics, mechatronics, industrial maintenance, or similar). * Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn. Experience / Knowledge * Experience with or knowledge of **cold-casting molds**. * Ability to interpret **mechanical drawings**. * Basic knowledge of **tooling tools and processes**.
