Job Summary:
Responsible for the overall supervision of the property, coordinating maintenance, inventory control, and security, as well as supporting the sales process.

**Main Responsibilities**
* **General property supervision**: inspect facilities, furniture, kitchen equipment, and rooms.
* **Preventive maintenance**: coordinate cleaning, basic utilities (water, electricity, gas), and minor repairs.
* **Inventory control**: ensure furniture, equipment, and supplies are complete and in good condition.
* **Security**: verify access points, locks, alarms, and coordinate security patrols if necessary.
* **Periodic reporting**: prepare reports on the property's condition for the owner or company.
* **Sales support**: facilitate visits by potential buyers, showcase the property, and maintain its presentability.
**Candidate Profile**
* **Education:** Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or Industrial Engineering (preferred but not mandatory).
* **Experience:** 3–5 years supervising hotels, restaurants, or commercial properties.
* **Competencies:**
* Organization and administrative control.
* Basic knowledge of maintenance and utilities.
* Communication skills and vendor relations.
* Reliability and discretion (handling property during the sales process).
* **Availability:** On-site work with flexible hours based on buyer visits or maintenance needs.
Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month
