**Senior Integration, AI, and Automation Developer**

We seek a highly technical, innovation-oriented developer capable of integrating hardware, software, artificial intelligence, and cloud services to build robust, scalable, and mass-deployment-ready solutions.
**Job Objective**
Design, develop, and maintain advanced authentication systems on Raspberry Pi, embedded Linux, and cloud platforms, integrating biometric, QR, and facial readers—with emphasis on stability, automation, and plug \& play experience.
The primary goal is to reduce technical incidents, accelerate deployments, and build a scalable technology architecture for commercial distribution.
**Responsibilities**
* Development and maintenance of solutions on Raspberry Pi and embedded Linux.
* Integration with facial and QR readers (ZKTeco, Hikvision, Alocity, and others).
* Development of automated synchronization and remote deployment systems.
* Integration with AWS services such as Rekognition, Lambda, and S3\.
* Creation of scripts and agents for monitoring, recovery, and log management.
* Optimization of boot times and operational stability.
* Design of plug \& play systems for rapid, replicable installations.
* Collaboration with technical support to reduce recurring incidents.
* Technical documentation of integrations and deployment processes.
* Research and implementation of new authentication methods.
**Requirements**
* Solid experience in Python, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Bash.
* Experience with Raspberry Pi, embedded Linux, and GPIO hardware.
* Knowledge of biometric device SDKs and APIs.
* Experience with cloud services and scalable architectures.
* Networking knowledge, MQTT, WebSockets, and secure protocols.
* Ability to design stable and replicable solutions.
**Desirable**
* Experience with AWS Rekognition and Cognito.
* Knowledge of Docker and Linux automation.
* Experience in biometrics, IoT, or access control systems.
* Familiarity with Elixir or distributed architectures.

**Employment Structure**
This position begins with a 3-month probationary period under a temporary arrangement, with potential for growth and permanent employment based on performance, KPI achievement, and technical evolution within the project.
