We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to work at their technical office located in León. Responsibilities: Analysis and preparation of quotations for client-requested work. Mechanical design of projects. Organization, management, and control of machinery and equipment. Monitoring progress of mechanical works. Supervising maintenance of the company’s mechanical facilities. Leadership, negotiation, persuasion, and crisis management skills. Teamwork: you will lead a team of 10\-15 people. Decision-making ability. Proactive and dynamic, with strong conflict handling and resolution capabilities. ### **Requirements** Engineering degree or equivalent, advanced knowledge of mechanics. Project Manager experience, minimum 3 years. Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks. B2 level English highly desirable. PRL Master’s degree desirable.
