Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced mold fitter with expertise in measuring tools, lathe operation, mold production, maintenance, modification, and industrial machining. Key Responsibilities: 1. Use of measuring and precision tools 2. Operation of lathes and industrial machinery 3. Knowledge of mold production and maintenance * Use of measuring and precision tools (micrometer and vernier caliper). * Operation of manual workshop tools (pneumatic and electric). * Knowledge of metrology (GD&T). * Operation of lathes, pantographs, radial drills, sandblasters, and vertical band saws. * Knowledge of production, maintenance, and modification of aluminum and steel molds. * Mold assembly, placement and adjustment of bolts, fasteners, and component alignment. * Knowledge of industrial machining. * Performing final adjustments (symmetrical part fitting, mirror polishing, deburring, and sandblasting). * Maintaining logs (SGC formats).
