The purpose of our REAL ESTATE ADMINISTRATION ANALYST is to monitor leasing contracts and real estate vertical operations by tracking the investment budget, monitoring income and expenses, and supervising suppliers—to ensure budget compliance and informed decision-making for the department. Job Responsibilities: Some of the challenges you will face include: - Administer and supervise leasing contracts and suppliers by registering and tracking them in the system according to defined processes, ensuring visibility of contractual information for the real estate vertical. - Control and monitor operations of the real estate vertical through income and expense reports, as well as coordination with CSC departments and strategic partners, to ensure projections align with the vertical’s budgets and that processes are executed correctly. - Analyze and monitor the real estate vertical’s capital expenditure (CAPEX) budget by identifying expenditures and analyzing variances against budget, contributing to investment expense control. - Always act with integrity, demonstrating ethical conduct in accordance with internal rules, policies, and procedures, maintaining a risk-prevention focus. Required Knowledge: ERP system proficiency, preferably SAP or Oracle. English B1 Advanced Excel skills, focused on database management and analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and/or Power BI.
