MEXIMOBILE AUTHORIZED TELCEL DISTRIBUTOR REQUIRES SALES SUPERVISOR Responsibilities: Daily route visits to self-service stores in the cities of León, Guanajuato, and Lagos de Moreno Personnel management under your supervision (absences, vacations, tardiness, permissions) Delivery of mobile devices to commercial stores in the aforementioned cities Maintain up-to-date promotional and commercial offers at each point of sale under your responsibility Interviewing and training newly hired personnel Generate monthly commission reports Internal customer service for commercial chains (Managers, Department Heads, Commercial Leaders, etc.) Achievement of commercial sales targets and objectives Coordination of Telcel events for self-service stores Coordination of Telcel training sessions for sales staff Management of Telcel platforms Generation of waybills and invoices Handling returns and warranties for mobile devices from commercial chains Requirements: Minimum education: completed high school Minimum 3 years of personnel management experience Minimum 3 years of mandatory experience in a similar position Experience in commercial sales and negotiations with self-service stores Customer service experience Valid Class A driver's license Highway driving experience Proficiency in Office programs / Excel is mandatory Preferably experience in the mobile telephony sector Availability to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with a 1 hour 20 minute lunch break, and Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 2:40 PM Work location: Jardines del Moral SKILLS Negotiation ability Interpersonal skills Leadership Effective communication VALUES INTEGRATED IN THE PERSON Honest Responsible Respectful We offer: Monthly salary $11,000 Plus sales commissions And statutory benefits Position type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Discounts and preferential pricing Application question(s): * Do you have more than 3 years of experience in a similar position? * Do you have more than 3 years of personnel management experience?
