Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and proactive Event Technician to execute and supervise setups for municipal, corporate, and private events, in a highly operational and autonomous role with direct on-site customer interaction. Ability to resolve issues on-site We seek a responsible and proactive Event Technician for the **execution** and **supervision** of setups, primarily for municipal events (press conferences, ceremonies, honors, etc.), as well as corporate and private events. This is a **highly operational and autonomous position**, involving direct on-site customer contact; therefore, we seek someone solution-oriented, self-motivated, and service-minded. Responsibilities: * Setup and teardown of events. * Installation of backdrops, structures, and tarpaulin tensioning. * Stage assembly. * Loading and unloading of equipment. * Support in operation of basic audiovisual equipment. * On-site supervision of setups. * Direct customer service and interaction during events. * Coordination of support staff at events (when applicable). * Support across various event types when no municipal activity is scheduled. Requirements: * Minimum education: Completed high school. * Experience in event setup (preferred). * Basic knowledge of audiovisual equipment. * Valid driver's license (mandatory). * Good physical condition (operational work). * Flexible schedule availability. Skills: * Proactive and responsible. * Positive service attitude. * Ability to resolve issues on-site. * Strong interpersonal skills with customers. * Capable of working autonomously.
