




Job Summary: Record and register daily incidents, process hiring, onboarding, and offboarding of personnel, and keep human resources information updated in the District. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage personnel incidents and movements in SAP. 2. Administer recruitment processes and personnel files. 3. Support corporate departments with governmental documentation. Capture and record daily incidents for payroll processing, recruitment, training, and human resources administration in the District by updating personnel movements, processing hiring procedures, and employee onboarding and offboarding in the SAP system, in order to generate incident reports for personnel, candidates for hiring, and candidates undergoing selection, thereby ensuring that personnel information generated in the District remains continuously up to date. Job Functions or Activities. 1. Receive external job applicants by providing employment application forms and conducting initial screening of information through preliminary interviews. 2. Compile personnel files for new hires, collecting required documentation and updating personal data generated from daily operations. 3. Record personnel onboarding, offboarding, and transfer actions occurring in the District, maintaining control and communication with regional offices and registering such actions in the SAP system. 4. Administer recruitment processes for new employees by controlling and requesting necessary documentation for contract signing and personnel file creation. 5. Support payroll and corporate human resources departments in locating and centralizing documents requested by government agencies such as IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT.
