Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to receive, organize, prepare, and load merchandise, ensuring control and tracking within the system while maintaining warehouse order. We are looking for talented individuals to fill the position of Warehouse Assistant. Receive, inspect, and register incoming packages according to established procedures. Store merchandise in designated areas, respecting order and storage conditions. Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct classification and packaging. Load and unload transport units (trucks, vans). Scan packages for system control and tracking. Conduct periodic physical inventories and report any incidents or anomalies. Assist with warehouse cleaning, organization, and maintenance. Comply with safety regulations and internal procedures. Report damages, shortages, or issues identified in merchandise or work equipment. · Knowledge: Basic knowledge of scanning and inventory control systems. Fundamental principles of merchandise storage and distribution. Warehouse safety standards. Skills: Organization and tidiness. Teamwork. Attention to detail. Physical agility. Adaptability to dynamic work environments. Working Conditions: Physically demanding work (lifting packages of varying weights). Availability to rotate shifts and work weekends or holidays if required. Use of personal protective equipment.
