




Job Summary: The Control Room Analyst verifies operations, ensures information quality, identifies risks, and seeks timely solutions by applying standards and developing solutions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Verification and assurance of operations in accordance with regulatory requirements. 2. Risk identification and diagnosis for timely solutions. 3. Data analysis in RYS to track, monitor, and resolve issues. The Control Room Analyst is responsible for verifying that operations are properly implemented according to applicable regulations and ensuring the necessary documentation is available for case file control. The analyst ensures the accuracy and quality of information for client deliverables, as well as detects operational risks, performing frontline diagnosis to identify timely solutions to problems as appropriate. Supports the development and application of standards to track, monitor, report, resolve, or escalate issues (data analysis in RYS). - Data acquisition and management using information templates. - Risk identification, information analysis, and impact assessment. - Weekly and monthly metrics reporting. - Database construction from diverse information sources. - Communication of analysis and results. - Contributes to the creation of supporting documentation. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education - Bachelor's Degree 1 year of experience Knowledge: Frustration tolerance, Working under pressure, Business data analysis, Microsoft Excel pivot tables Keywords: data, resources, human, resources, human, resources, rrhh
