Integration into a solid company in the industry We are currently looking for a MAINTENANCE PLANNER. **Requirements** - Both genders, aged 25 to 40. - Engineering or Technical Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field. - Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance and personnel supervision. - Willingness to travel occasionally. - Valid driver's license. **Knowledge** - Preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. - Electricity (medium voltage). - Industrial hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanics. - PLCs and automated systems. - Refrigeration equipment. - ERP or maintenance software proficiency. - Safety, TIF, and environmental regulations. **Responsibilities** - Plan and schedule maintenance activities. - Supervise and coordinate technical staff. - Ensure machinery and equipment availability. - Manage resources, tools, and spare parts. - Track work orders and execution timelines. - Optimize costs and reduce downtime. - Conduct failure analysis and continuous improvement. - Coordinate with production, warehouse, and procurement departments. - Generate area reports and performance indicators. **We Offer** - Salary: $19,950 net monthly - Monthly performance bonus: $2,000. - Statutory benefits - Opportunity for professional growth and development - Job stability - Integration into a solid company in the industry. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree 2 years of experience Age: between 25 and 40 years Knowledge: Engineering, Industrial maintenance, Personnel supervision Willingness to travel: Yes Keywords: maintenance, conservacion, conservation, mantenimiento
