Opportunity to consolidate a career in the automotive sector DESCRIPTION #### ***Location: Naucalpan de Juárez, State of Mexico.*** *A leading company in the automotive sector, specializing in galvanized coatings and stampings for components, is pleased to announce the opening of a key position within our team.* **Main Responsibilities:** * **Procurement and Payment Management:** Supervise and execute the full procurement process for supplies, raw materials, and services, as well as manage payments to suppliers. * **Billing Control and Tracking:** Manage the entire billing cycle, from issuance through recording and tracking of accounts receivable. * **Inventory Control:** Maintain a detailed and up-to-date record of material inventories. * **Human Resources Management:** Track personnel incidents, including attendance, absences, and vacations. **Job Requirements:** * **Academic Qualification:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields. * **Experience:** Two years of experience in similar administrative roles is preferred, particularly within the automotive, industrial, or production sectors. * **Proficiency in intermediate or advanced Excel.** **Employment Conditions:** * **Schedule:** Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday only. * **Compensation:** We offer a competitive salary of $22,374 gross per month. * **Benefits:** Statutory benefits provided from the first day of employment. *This is an excellent opportunity for professionals seeking to consolidate their administrative careers within a forward-looking company operating in a dynamic sector such as automotive.*
