




Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced human resources professional in the restaurant industry to lead personnel management, design training programs, and ensure labor regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in personnel management and organizational development. 2. Design and implementation of training programs. 3. Ensuring compliance with key labor regulations (Federal Labor Law, NOM-035). * Age 35 to 45 years * Experience in the restaurant industry * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field. * Effective communication, empathy, conflict resolution, leadership, technical skills, knowledge of labor laws, organizational skills. * Personnel recruitment, managing and supervising performance evaluation systems, planning, directing, and coordinating staff activities * Responsibilities: * **Design and Implementation of the General Training Program** * **Personnel Management** * **Regulatory Compliance** (Ensure HR policies comply with the **Federal Labor Law**, **NOM-035-STPS-2018**, and other labor regulations (e.g., **NOM-030-STPS-2009** for training and occupational hygiene and safety measures).
