Job Summary: This role is essential for maintaining and supporting the Muelle operational fleet, ensuring operational continuity and effective management of blacksmithing resources. Key Responsibilities: 1. Handle mechanical service requests and vehicle recovery operations 2. Verify supply of consumables and manage spare parts 3. Control equipment, tools, and blacksmithing service requests Recognized as one of the leading logistics and intermodal bulk transportation operators in Latin America. Our land logistics division is a critical link that completes our integrated service network. Job Purpose: * Handle mechanical service requests for Muelle operations and register them in the MP system. * Provide on-site or en-route vehicle recovery services. * Verify supply of consumables and spare parts to vehicles in operation. * Track delivery of replaced used spare parts; replenish consumed consumables weekly. * Monitor equipment and tool control: proper care, organization, and cleanliness of tools and work equipment; request replacement of damaged tools. * Operate assigned vehicle safely and correctly. * Track blacksmithing service requests.
