**SERVICE MANAGER**
We are seeking a motorcycle mechanic to ensure proper handling and resolution of services with our technicians in the workshop area, providing **specialized advisory and technical support** to achieve accurate diagnostics, effective repairs, and **measurable results in productivity and customer satisfaction**.

**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Technical degree or engineering in Automotive Mechanics, Mechatronics, or related field.
* Proven experience of **2\-3 years or more** in motorcycle workshops, including at least **1 year in a leadership or technical advisory role.**
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Supervise daily workshop activities and coordinate workflow among mechanics.
* Manage and administer all workshop training programs to fulfill branch certification requirements.
* Provide **immediate technical advisory support** to mechanics on diagnostics, repairs, and complex motorcycle failures.
* Monitor adherence to service timelines, delivery schedules, work quality, and customer satisfaction.
* Maintain up-to-date **productivity statistics, performance metrics, services completed, and rework rates**, for analysis and continuous improvement.
* Prepare weekly performance reports for the service department.
* Ensure correct application of manufacturer and company technical procedures and standards.
* Train and provide feedback to technical staff on diagnostics, repairs, tool usage, and customer service.
* Follow up on warranties, pending parts, and validation of completed services.
* Promote teamwork, operational discipline, and achievement of workshop objectives.
