You will be responsible for ensuring that construction work is carried out in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, budgets, and schedules, guaranteeing quality and safety at every stage of the process. Main Responsibilities Directly supervise construction execution to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Coordinate and direct on-site operational staff and subcontractors. Monitor construction progress against the established schedule and report deviations. Prepare cost estimates and control material costs. Manage the construction logbook and ensure administrative order for the project. Verify that received materials comply with project specifications. Minimum Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (degree certificate and professional license required). Experience: Minimum 3 years in construction supervision Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in current construction regulations and codes. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office suite, and cost estimation software (Neodata or Opus). Advanced ability to read structural, architectural, and MEP drawings. Skills: Team leadership, decision-making under pressure, excellent communication, and conflict resolution capabilities. Others: Flexible working hours and, if necessary, mobility between projects.
