Job Summary: We are seeking a Monitoring Specialist to monitor in real time the logistics operation for gasoline/gas delivery, ensuring traceability, compliance, and incident management. Logistics incident management and customer communication We are looking for a Monitoring Specialist to monitor in real time the logistics operation for gasoline/gas delivery for a Petroleum Marketing Company located in León, Guanajuato, Silao. Main Responsibilities • Monitor vehicles and routes in real time to ensure traceability and adherence to scheduled timelines. • Generate and send required operational documentation (waybills, evidence, reports) to comply with logistics and regulatory processes. • Record and reconcile daily deliveries to validate volumes, timelines, and potential discrepancies. • Handle and record logistics incidents (delays, roadblocks, accidents) to minimize impact and ensure continuity of supply. • Communicate updated delivery status to customers and internal departments to maintain operational transparency. • Coordinate with carriers and terminals on any operational adjustments to guarantee timely loading, dispatch, and delivery. • Promptly escalate relevant deviations so the supervisor and team can implement corrective actions. Requirements • High school diploma or technical degree in logistics, transportation, administration, or related field. • Preferred: university studies in logistics, commerce, administration, or industrial engineering. • 1 year of experience in logistics (land-based). • Proficiency in using computer systems. • Operational traceability and control. • Operational incident management. • Logistics operation and distribution.
