What will you do in this role? Review physical and digital files in accordance with established guidelines. Validate that documentation is complete, current, and properly assembled, as well as report personnel onboarding, offboarding, and changes to the client. Update the personnel database. Identify inconsistencies or errors in information. Follow up on the correction of observations. Maintain control and safekeeping of files. Propose improvements to document control processes. Update personnel file-related information in systems. Maintain constant communication with personnel and the client. What do you need to apply? **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Law, or related field. **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in document control and/or HR-related activities. **Knowledge:** Document control Intermediate Excel System operation Key Skills Attention to detail Organization Analytical thinking Ethics and integrity Effective communication Proactivity What do we offer?
