We seek talent eager to join a technical, challenging environment with high operational impact. **Job Objective** Coordinate and supervise the execution of maintenance activities for electrical and power equipment, ensuring their availability and proper operation through efficient and controlled processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance * Monitor the annual maintenance program * Coordinate technical activities in data center infrastructure * Manage permits for work execution * Ensure high-quality delivery of maintenance reports **Required Profile** **Education:** * Engineering or TSU degree in electrical, mechanical, or related fields **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years in electrical maintenance or critical infrastructure **Key Knowledge Areas:** * Electrical substations * UPS systems, emergency power plants, and regulated power systems * Industrial and electrical safety standards (LOTO, NOM\-STPS) * Data center maintenance (preferred) **Competencies** * Leadership and teamwork * Planning and results orientation * Problem-solving * Effective communication * Adherence to standards and safety **What CEM Values** Safety, operational excellence, and commitment to our employees.
