Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Industrial General Helper to support welding, sheet metal work, rigging, and industrial machinery maintenance, with enthusiasm for learning and a positive attitude. We seek a **General Helper** with a strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and experience in industrial settings, capable of supporting the company’s diverse operational areas. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support welding operations using electrodes 6013 and 6018 (SMAW process) * Assist with sheet metal work and preparation of metal structures * Support crane and rigging operations * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery * Cut, grind, and prepare materials * Assist with industrial machining and component repair * Handle and connect hoses and basic hydraulic connections * Provide general support in workshop and field as required **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar activities within an industrial setting, specialized in welding * Knowledge of electric arc welding (electrodes 6013 and 6018\) * Proficiency with hand and power tools (grinder, drill, etc.) * Basic understanding of sheet metal work, industrial machinery, or cranes (preferred) * Responsibility, punctuality, and teamwork * Flexible availability for working hours **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience * Stability and growth within the company * Positive work environment in an established and expanding company Salary: $2,000\.00 \- $3,000\.00 per week Work Location: On-site employment
