




Job Summary: Administer and control the information systems of the Vending department, ensuring operational tracking and customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Vending System Administration and Operations 2. Operational Incident Tracking and Resolution 3. Development of Reports for the Vending Channel **Mission** ---------- Receive routes and manage information systems related to the Vending department that facilitate channel administration. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Administer the integrated commercial system in coordination with the vending system. * Periodically develop and print operational reports for the Vending Coordinators and Vending Sales Manager to monitor the vending channel. * Register new customers and deactivate existing customers in the vending system. * Prepare customer onboarding and offboarding forms for submission to APyE for processing. * Generate and send the daily Hand Held incident report to Vending Coordinators and Vending Management. * Receive data from the Hand Held terminal. * Perform daily end-of-shift receipt and record key handovers for vending machines, both from technicians and vending agents. * Receive requests for vending machines, soft drinks, snacks, as well as BLaK coffee, and route them to the refrigeration section. * Create preliminary entries and reservations in the SAP system. * Track and resolve telephone contacts regarding technical failures, service requests, or customer complaints. * Attend training courses developed for this position. * Maintain confidentiality of information. * Comply with internal policies and regulations. * Maintain optimal cleanliness and presentation standards in the assigned work area. **Requirements** -------------- * Technical degree, Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or related field (completed) * Experience in Sales (1 year), Systems usage (1 year), Microsoft Office suite (1 year). **Knowledge** ----------------- * Accident Prevention and Emergency Response (Advanced) * Integrated Management System (Advanced) * Administrative Control (Advanced) * Proficiency in Electronic Systems (Advanced) * Customer and Consumer Service (Advanced) * Fleet Integrity Management (Advanced)
