Drives sales, coordinates promotions, and controls inventory. **Department:** SPA / Wellness **Reports to:** General Management **Team size:** Therapists **Position Objective** To plan, coordinate, and supervise the overall SPA operation, ensuring a high-quality guest experience, compliance with service standards, administrative control, and achievement of revenue and profitability targets. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Coordinate daily SPA operations (scheduling, treatment rooms, shifts, and services). * Supervise and train SPA staff (therapists). * Ensure compliance with service, hygiene, and safety protocols. * Control inventory of supplies, products, and amenities. * Prepare work schedules, vacation plans, and incident tracking. * Address and follow up on guest feedback, complaints, and requests. * Promote sales of treatments, memberships, and products. * Coordinate promotions and packages jointly with Hotel Sales and Front Office. * Prepare revenue, occupancy, and productivity reports. * Ensure maintenance and proper operation of facilities and equipment. * Comply with internal policies and quality guidelines. **Required Profile** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Tourism, Business Administration, Cosmetology, Physical Therapy, Wellness, or related field. **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years in similar roles within SPAs, hospitality, or wellness centers. **Knowledge:** * SPA operations and treatments. * Premium customer service. * Inventory and cash control. * Scheduling and reservation system management. * Hygiene and safety regulations. **Skills and Competencies:** * Leadership and teamwork. * Organization and planning. * Service- and sales-oriented mindset. * Effective communication. * Problem-solving. * Discretion and professional conduct. **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Customer satisfaction level. * SPA revenue target achievement. * Treatment room and therapist occupancy rate. * Cost and inventory control. * Staff turnover and performance.
