Team coordination and performance indicator monitoring JOB PROFILE**MAINTENANCE PLANNER** Job Objective Plan, schedule, and monitor preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities for machinery and equipment to ensure operational availability and optimize human and material resources. Functions and Responsibilities * Development and updating of preventive and predictive maintenance plans. * Weekly and monthly work order scheduling. * Monitoring and control of program compliance. * Administration of work orders in the system (e.g., SAP, Oracle or other ERP). * Coordination with supervisors and warehouse for spare parts availability. * Control and analysis of indicators (KPIs): MTTR, MTBF, mechanical availability. * Generation of technical and statistical reports. * Planning of scheduled shutdowns. * Equipment history tracking and document management. * Backlog maintenance follow-up. Education * Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or related field. * Maintenance or reliability certifications (RCM) preferred. Experience * 2–4 years in industrial maintenance planning or heavy machinery maintenance. * Experience in mining sector (preferred). * Knowledge of heavy machinery (CAT, Komatsu, Sandvik, etc.). Technical Knowledge * Maintenance ERP systems (SAP PM preferred). * Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, KPIs). * Reading of technical manuals. * Interpretation of mechanical and hydraulic diagrams. * Spare parts inventory management.
