Ensures compliance with ISO standards and staff training * **Document Management:** Supervise the creation, updating, and control of documents and records of the IMS. * **Audits and Inspections:** Plan and implement internal audits and handle external certification audits. * **Continuous Improvement:** Identify nonconformities, analyze root causes, and lead corrective and preventive actions. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure legal and ISO standard compliance (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001, 27000). * **Training:** Coordinate staff training on safety, quality, and environmental management. * **KPIs:** Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) of processes.
