Job Summary: We are seeking an External Warehouse Supervisor for a metal-mechanical company, responsible for receiving, organizing, and tracking raw materials; communicating with production; and coordinating deliveries. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of the external warehouse in a metal-mechanical company. 2. Coordination and supervision of forklift operator personnel. 3. Active participation in the supply chain and production. A metal-mechanical company located in **Gómez Palacio** is seeking the following position: **External Warehouse Supervisor** **General Requirements:** * Industrial Engineering or related field. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Proficiency in Microsip. * Knowledge of structural profiles, sheet metal, gauges, and general metal-mechanical materials. * Use of measuring tools (tape measure and vernier caliper). * Operation and knowledge of forklifts (front-end loaders and 360\). * Knowledge of overhead cranes (preferred). * KPI monitoring. **Daily Ongoing Responsibilities:** * Receiving and organizing raw materials. * Effective communication with production and other departments involved in the process. * Prioritizing delivery processes according to production needs. * Tracking material requests to ensure availability and FIFO (First-In, First-Out) rotation in the system. * Maintaining documented records of receipts, shipments, and returns in the Microsip system. * Coordinating material deliveries to various plants. * Personnel management (forklift operators). * Other duties inherent to the position. **General Skills:** * Organization. * Effective communication. * Teamwork. * Responsibility. * Proactivity, etc. Employment Type: Probationary period Contract Duration: 3 months Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $14,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Discounted cafeteria service Work Location: On-site employment
