Manages the achievement of commercial objectives through the team Leads, manages, and ensures proper execution and marketing of commercial initiatives Directs and manages the proper implementation of development tools at targeted customer segments Information gathering, planning, and feedback activities prior to market deployment Supervises and evaluates market activities according to the Commercial Process Coordinates and directs CEDIS activities upon route return Tracks the development and status of key performance indicators for the team Develops the team Recognizes top performers Manages and administers the team Manages the customer portfolio through the team Reports commercial plan results and progress
