Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage and implement maintenance plans, ensuring optimal performance of equipment and facilities while optimizing resources. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and implement maintenance plans to ensure optimal operation. 2. Supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities. 3. Lead technical team, ensure safety, and control inventory. We seek a Maintenance Supervisor with solid experience in managing and implementing maintenance plans. The primary objective is to ensure optimal operation of equipment and facilities, minimizing downtime, guaranteeing operational safety, and optimizing maintenance resources. Main Responsibilities: Plan, schedule, and supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities. Manage the maintenance technician team by assigning tasks and supervising their execution. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations for all tasks. Control spare parts and tool inventory. Analyze recurring failures and propose solutions to improve equipment reliability. Prepare maintenance management reports. Requirements: * Minimum 3 years of experience supervising maintenance in industrial or production environments. * Solid knowledge of mechanics, electricity, hydraulics, pneumatics, and control systems. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams. * Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). * Leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
