Generation of support reports for the Finance Directorate ***OBJECTIVE*** Support the management and organization of the company's administrative processes by collaborating on tasks related to information control, recording, and tracking, thereby contributing to the department's operational efficiency. ***PROFILE*** * Major: Public Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance (advanced semesters) * Advanced Excel—pivot tables, database handling, formulas. * Organization, discretion, ability to follow precise instructions, analytical mindset. ***MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES*** * Financial information entry and organization * Support to external accountant in reconciliations and recordkeeping * Structuring of basic databases * Generation of support reports for the Finance Director.
