Job Summary: Lead, coordinate, and supervise mechanical workshop operations, ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance of diesel and gasoline vehicles, as well as efficient response to rescue operations. Extensive knowledge of diesel and gasoline mechanics REQUIREMENTS · Education: Mechanical Engineering degree or related field. · Experience: Minimum 3 years in similar positions, including experience in: drafting technical reports, operating mechanical equipment and tools, and updating vehicle mechanical systems. · Availability to handle emergencies and rescues outside regular working hours. Job Objective: Lead, coordinate, and supervise mechanical workshop operations, ensuring proper preventive and corrective maintenance of diesel and gasoline vehicles, as well as efficient and timely response to rescue operations and availability. Main Responsibilities: · Supervise daily mechanical workshop activities. · Coordinate staff. · Ensure proper preventive and corrective maintenance of vehicles. · Supervise diagnostics and repair timelines. · Maintain constant communication with operators and supervisors. · Maintain records and generate reports. · Verify compliance with safety and order standards within the workshop. · Coordinate local and external repair jobs.
