Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Investigator responsible for visiting customers, managing credit applications, and building lasting relationships by providing solutions to their needs. Job Objective As a Field Investigator, you are responsible for completing assigned tasks using your work tool, visiting customers according to assigned routes, managing credit applications, and establishing long-term relationships with our customers. Main Responsibilities Carry out assigned tasks within your team’s geographic area to visit customers. Understand customers’ needs to provide the best possible solution enabling them to regularize their accounts and authorize applications. Provide respectful and friendly service to our customers. Operate a motorcycle in compliance with safety regulations, always wearing required and necessary protective gear. Ideal Candidate Profile Experience in Customer Service, Collections, or Sales. Motorcycle operation experience. Valid motorcycle driver’s license. Proficiency in using mobile devices. Goal- and target-oriented. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Value Proposition Weekly base salary of $2,500\.
