We seek dynamic, proactive individuals with excellent customer service skills to join our sales team. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES **Sales and Customer Service:** * Sales and customer service via WhatsApp and telephone * Expansion of customer base * Order and quotation follow-up * Preparation of quotations and commercial follow-up * Issuance of invoices * Effective sales closure * Sales reporting * Quoting merchandise with suppliers **Commercial Management:** * Attracting new customers * Quoting products and services * Effectively closing sales * Maintaining post-sales follow-up REQUIREMENTS **Education:** * High school diploma (minimum) **Experience:** * Prior experience in sales or customer service roles **Knowledge and Skills:** * Strong verbal communication skills * Excellent customer service orientation * Proactive attitude * Communication and persuasion skills **Technical Knowledge:** * Excel: basic level (for reporting) * Proficiency with computers, telephones, and mobile phones **Profile:** * Age: 20 to 29 years old * Gender: (unrestricted) * Marital status: unrestricted **Contract Type:** Temporary for 3 months (subsequently extended based on performance) **Benefits:** * IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute) * 12 vacation days in the first year * 25% vacation bonus * 15-day Christmas bonus (aguinaldo) **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM \- 5:30 PM (including one-hour lunch break) * Saturdays: 9:00 AM \- 1:30 PM **Additional Benefits:** * Initial training of 15 to 22 days * Dynamic work environment * Growth opportunity * Development of commercial skills Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $9,000\.00 \- $9,400\.00 per month Benefits: * Discounts and preferential pricing * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
