Description

Position Summary: Responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and overseeing the quality management system, analyzing quality indicators, and training personnel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the design and implementation of the quality management system. 2. Optimize inspection and quality control processes. 3. Validate key suppliers and raw materials. * **Design, implement, and maintain** the quality management system * **Oversee and control** the quality of raw materials, production processes, and finished products. * **Analyze quality indicators**, defect rates, returns, and customer complaints, proposing corrective and preventive action plans. * **Train personnel** on quality topics, continuous improvement, and textile regulations. * **Validate suppliers and raw materials**, in collaboration with the procurement and development departments. * **Optimize inspection, testing, and control processes**, ensuring traceability of production batches.
