




Job Summary: Supervises food safety and quality in production, ensuring compliance with sanitary regulations and managing hygiene and pest control measures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensures food safety and quality through GMP, SOPs, and HACCP. 2. Supervises hygiene of facilities, equipment, and personnel. 3. Coordinates microbiological sampling and manages pest control. Primary Objective: Guarantees food safety and quality through strict supervision of GMP, SOPs, and HACCP, ensuring hygiene of facilities, equipment, and personnel. The primary objective is to comply with sanitary regulations (NOM\-251, TIF) to prevent risks, coordinate microbiological sampling, and manage pest control. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience supervising quality/sanitation, preferably in meat processing plants. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Food Safety Systems: HACCP, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures for Sanitization). * Regulations: NOM\-251\-SSA1\-2009, TIF regulations. * Management: Handling cleaning chemicals, microbiological monitoring (water/meat), and pest control. Main Activities: * Supervise washing and disinfection of equipment and production areas. * Implement and verify SOPs and personnel compliance with GMP. * Identify deviations and apply immediate corrective actions. * Coordinate microbiological sampling and monitor cold room temperatures. * Manage quality documentation and reporting for audits (internal/external).
