Knowledge of construction/hardware materials, numerical aptitude, and schedule flexibility are required. RESPONSIBILITIES: **Main Functions:** * **Specialized Customer Service:** Provide technical advice to customers (e.g., masons, electricians, general public) regarding tools, construction materials, and their applications. * **Team Leadership:** Supervise, coordinate, and train sales, cashier, and dispatch personnel to ensure efficient and orderly service. * **Sales and Operations:** Manage point-of-sale operations, conduct cash audits, issue invoices, and implement commercial strategies to increase sales. * **Store Organization:** Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and proper product display.
