Implementation of continuous improvement projects We seek an **Audit Manager** with a solid profile, results-driven, and proven experience in internal control, inventory management, and operational audits. Reports directly to General Management. **Main Responsibilities** * Development and execution of the audit plan for the Durango and La Laguna regions * Risk analysis and inventory stock control * Development and updating of internal procedures * KPI monitoring and preparation of executive reports * Training and supervision of the assigned audit team * Implementation of continuous improvement projects * Operational and strategic decision-making * Support in sales activities when required **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Administration, Business Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field (degree certified) * Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position * Age range: 35 to 40 years old * Marital status: no preference * Advanced ERP and Office software proficiency * Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a standard vehicle * Willingness to travel (Durango and La Laguna regions) **Desired Profile** Firm and structured temperament, with leadership and effective communication skills.
