Position Summary: Responsible for supervising, training, and supporting collection officers to ensure achievement of portfolio recovery and growth objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Field supervision and monitoring of collection officers 2. Development of strategies to achieve portfolio recovery targets 3. Training and negotiation support for debtors * Responsible for field monitoring and supervision of activities conducted by Collection Officers. * Responsible for the productivity of Collection Officers through follow-up reports and development of specific plans, strategies, and operational actions to achieve defined portfolio recovery and growth objectives. * Supervise and provide feedback to subordinates on proper use and effective utilization of assigned tools and resources. * Provide on-site or office-based support in handling and negotiating with special or problematic debtors to resolve accounts. * Responsible for training Collection Officers. * Support the Business Manager in assigning requests for physical verification, credit evaluation, administrative process supervision, and all other functions inherent to the position when the branch leader is unavailable or conducting field monitoring.
