




Position Summary: We are seeking a Recruitment and Selection Specialist to attract, assess, and select talent, combining soft skills with technical expertise in ATS and competency-based evaluation. End-to-end hiring cycle management **Primary Objective:** Responsible for attracting, assessing, and selecting the best talent for an organization. The ideal candidate combines soft skills—such as assertive communication, empathy, emotional intelligence, and negotiation—with technical skills in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and competency-based evaluation. **Requirements and Knowledge:** Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field. Experience in recruitment. Basic knowledge of NOM-035\. Communication, analytical, and teamwork skills. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Personnel recruitment and selection:** Interviews, psychometric assessments, personnel files. * **Monitoring and implementation of NOM-035:** Identification and assessment of risk factors. * **Employee support and guidance.** * **Tracking of key performance indicators.** * **Other duties inherent to the department.** **Competencies and Skills:** * **Additional skills:** Proficiency in technological tools, labor market knowledge, interview techniques, and full-cycle recruitment management. * **Soft competencies:** Active listening, resilience, analytical thinking, professional ethics, and ability to work under pressure. **We Offer:** Base biweekly salary: $4,900 (tax-free) Monthly bonuses: $2,880 Statutory benefits.
