Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Assistant to manage end-to-end payroll processing, serve clients, and ensure compliance with tax and labor obligations. Key Responsibilities: 1. We invite you to join our team as: **Payroll Assistant** REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. * **Minimum 3 years’ experience managing payroll for at least 250 employees** * Knowledge of IMSS, LFT (Federal Labor Law), LISR (Income Tax Law), Fonacot, Infonavit * **Proficiency in IDSE and SUA is mandatory** * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills * Contpaq proficiency is desirable WE OFFER: * Monthly gross income of $18,000, negotiable based on experience. * Base salary fully registered with IMSS. * 10% punctuality and attendance bonus. * Food vouchers. * Statutory benefits. * Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. **What would your main responsibilities be?** * Client support regarding payroll matters and delivery of requested reports. * Resolving inquiries related to payments, payroll receipts, and earnings. * Managing clarifications and requests such as employer letters or certificates. * Onboarding new clients into our payroll outsourcing service (e.g., payroll system configuration, payroll data migrations). * Recording payroll incidents including absences, tardiness, leaves of absence, vacations, disabilities (including IMSS ST-7 and ST-2 forms), and maternity/paternity leave. * Administration of government platforms such as IDSE and SUA. * Receiving payroll incidents, analyzing them, and entering them into the payroll system. * Processing weekly, biweekly, assimilated professional fees, and special payroll runs (e.g., year-end bonus, PTU, annual bonuses, etc.) for companies across various industries. * Calculating severance payments and settlements. * Managing and analyzing various benefits such as cafeteria services, food vouchers, punctuality/attendance bonuses, commissions, savings funds, etc. (including understanding their inclusion in salary and taxable portions for ISR purposes). * Generating and maintaining payroll accumulations. * Managing electronic food voucher disbursements. * Payroll stamping (certification). * Calculating variables for bimonthly SBC (Base Salary for Contributions). * Submitting affiliation transactions to IMSS via the IDSE portal. * Managing Infonavit loan withholdings, reconciliations, and downloading notices. * Determining payroll-related taxes. * Monitoring Fonacot deductions. * Annual ISR adjustment.
