




Job Summary: Responsible for supervising, training, and supporting Collections Managers to achieve portfolio recovery and growth objectives, while handling special cases. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leads and supervises Collections Manager teams. 2. Develops strategies for portfolio recovery and growth. 3. Trains and supports staff in the use of tools. * Responsible for field follow-up and supervision of activities carried out by Collections Managers. * Responsible for Collections Managers' productivity through follow-up reports and the development of specific plans, strategies, and operational actions to achieve defined portfolio recovery and growth objectives. * Supervises and provides feedback to assigned staff on the proper use and effective utilization of assigned tools and resources. * Provides on-site or office support for handling and negotiating with special or problematic debtors to resolve accounts. * Responsible for training Collections Managers. * Supports the Business Manager with the assignment of requests for physical verification, credit evaluation, supervision of administrative processes, and all other functions inherent to the position when the branch leader is unavailable or conducting field follow-up.
