If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary. **Job Summary** --------------- The **Quality Technician (RMA)** will be located in **North Guadalajara.** At Flex North Guadalajara, we are seeking a **Quality Technician focused on RMA and failure analysis**, with experience in continuous improvement methodologies and data handling for decision-making. **Here are some examples of the activities you will perform:** * Profile collection * Coordination of personnel to address operational support requirements * Management and tracking of RMAs (product warranties) * Use and completion of purge documentation and SCRAPS resolution forms (RMA Google) * Monitoring of quality metrics (Yield) * Data analysis for trend detection and identification of improvement opportunities * Generation of reports for CFG * Preparation of executive presentations in PowerPoint (in English) * Coordination of cross-functional teams for implementation of corrective actions * Participation in operational and performance indicator review meetings **Essential skills for this role:** * Technical or high school diploma in electronics, industrial engineering, or related field * Intermediate English (reading, writing, and presentation) * Experience in RMA and product warranty processes * Knowledge of root cause analysis (5 Whys, Ishikawa, etc.) * Experience implementing and tracking corrective actions * Intermediate Excel: + Pivot Tables + Database management + Pareto chart generation * Preparation of PowerPoint reports in English * Knowledge of quality metrics (Yield) **Here are some examples of our benefits:** * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Year-end bonus (aguinaldo) * Vacation premium * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Transportation * Subsidized cafeteria **Job Category** ---------------- Quality Required Skills: Optional Skills: Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
