If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary. **Job Summary** --------------- *To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a* ***Warehouse Analyst*** *located in* ***Guadalajara, North.*** *Reporting to the Warehouse Manager,* ***Warehouse Analyst*** *will be responsible for providing data analysis to help warehouse activities including shipping and receiving raw materials and/or finished goods and maintaining inventory and associated records.* **What a typical day looks like:** * *Assists in auditing data for accuracy and preparing summary reports, spreadsheets, graphics and charts based on the investigation of data.* * *May assist in the preparation of recommendations to management based on the investigation of data.* * *Collects, compiles, analyzes and presents various types of data.* * *Prepares summary reports, spreadsheets, and charts based on investigation of data from multiple sources,* * *May create and/or maintain databases in support of data collection.* * *Audits data. Test and resolves data integrity issues, including but not limited to quotations.* * *Proactively identifies and escalates potential issues related to metrics.* * *Where applicable, suggest* *process/communication* *improvements relative to metric tracking activities.* * *Tracks warehouse management performance, and initiate corrective actions when required.* * *Design, manage and control all data investigation tools* **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * *BA/BS or equivalent work experience.* * Experience in similar position. * Fluent English * Experience in logistics * Knowledge of database management. * *Experience in materials management.* * *Experience in inventory management.* * *Knowledge and use of Excel (Advanced).* * Experience in using Baan, SAP or similar. * *Personnel Management.* * *Experience in demand analysis* **What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:** * Competitive Salary. * Life \& Medical insurance. * Christmas Bonus. * Food Coupons. * Saving Fund.
