Job Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical or Civil Engineer with CAD drafting experience for residential installation projects, working in an office environment. Key Highlights: 1. Residential project development with a focus on CAD drafting 2. Office-based work focused on project development 3. Preparation of engineering drawings and construction details **Location:** Southern part of Mexico City **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM. **Starting Salary:** $10,000\.00 to $15,000\.00 MXN per month, gross, depending on qualifications. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Mechanical or Civil Engineering degree (preferably certified). * **Gender:** No preference. * **English:** Technical level (minimum essential). **Mandatory Experience:** * 1 year of CAD drafting experience for residential projects: \- Hydraulic installations. \- Sanitary installations. \- Fire protection systems. \- Gas installations. * Minimum 70% of professional experience must be office-based, as this position is not for fieldwork but for office-based project development. **Knowledge Required:** * AUTOCAD (Intermediate to Advanced level), including dynamic blocks, external references, scales, layout presentations, and print quality settings. * Local regulations such as IMSS standards, Technical Complementary Standards, etc. **Responsibilities:** * Preparation of engineering drawings: \- Hydraulic (cold water and domestic water supply). \- Sanitary (downpipes and branch piping). \- Stormwater (downpipes and collectors). \- Fire protection (hydrant networks). \- Gas (low-pressure distribution networks). * Preparation of construction details. * Preparation of a catalog of items for the above-mentioned installations. **Software:** * AutoCAD 2D. * Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits. * Professional growth opportunities.
