We are looking for a procurement professional with construction experience to join our team as: Position Responsibilities: PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT (CONSTRUCTION / NEW CONSTRUCTION) Main Responsibilities: Strategically manage procurement of materials, equipment, services, and contractors for new construction and maintenance projects. Ensure timely supply of construction materials, finishes, engineering services, and structural components according to project requirements. Negotiate with suppliers and contractors to secure optimal pricing, commercial terms, and delivery schedules. Conduct quotation comparisons, unit price analysis, and budget validation. Coordinate purchase order tracking, deliveries, and contract compliance. Develop and maintain a nationwide supplier portfolio. Validate concept catalogs and ensure compliance with applicable construction regulations. Oversee administrative and operational procurement processes, leading the assigned team. Job Requirements: Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree (candidate or graduate). Experience: Minimum 2 years in procurement management or leadership roles. Required Industry: Preferably experience in technology, telecommunications, electronics, or security companies with construction and implementation projects. Marital Status: No preference. Essential Knowledge: Procurement focused on construction and building projects. Construction materials, finishes, and specialized suppliers. Unit price management and analysis. Interpretation of concept catalogs. General knowledge of engineering, structural systems, and applicable regulations. Negotiation and contract drafting with suppliers and contractors. Design and modeling software (desirable). Planning, fieldwork, and coordination with operational departments.
