Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Monitoring Operator to consolidate their career by participating in structured processes and decision-making within a private security and technology company. We seek an experienced Monitoring Operator who wishes to consolidate their career by participating in structured processes, making high-quality decisions, and maintaining close contact with key organizational leaders. Key Responsibilities 1.- Authorize the start of the route after verifying service data and ensuring proper functioning of tracking devices (transport satellite system, operator communication channel, and mobile GPS). 2.- Maintain the electronic log up-to-date with information collected according to the account protocol. 3.- Respond to system alerts and report emergencies to the supervisor and/or crisis management team. 4.- Adhere to monitoring timeframes established in the procedure. 5.- Increase monitoring frequency if anomalies and/or risks are detected during the service route. 6.- Confirm service completion with the operator and/or custodian using transport GPS and designated personnel from the transport line. 7.- Coordinate the monitoring team Requirements: 6 years of experience in GPS monitoring, private security, or logistics. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer operation. Knowledge of mapping applications. Availability for shift rotation. We Offer: Base salary of MXN 12,000, tax-free.
