Comprehensive administration and control of vehicle fleet 2. Incident tracking and GPS-based vehicle location 3. RESPONSIBILITIES: Administer and control fleet usage (assignment, utilization, maintenance, incident tracking, GPS-based location); authorize maintenance quotations; monitor adherence to the maintenance schedule; evaluate vendors; handle internal and external audits; conduct monthly inspections of utility vehicles; perform vehicle audits across different regions; prepare executive reports on key KPIs of the department; support management and leadership in vehicle control.
