This position is critical to ensuring agile, organized, and efficient operations by providing direct support to the waitstaff and contributing to a positive dining experience for guests. We seek dynamic individuals with a service-oriented attitude, enthusiasm for teamwork, and interest in developing within the food and beverage industry in a professional setting. Job Objective To provide efficient support to the service area, ensuring accurate delivery of food and beverages, as well as maintaining cleanliness, order, and presentation of the dining area to deliver an excellent customer experience. Main Responsibilities * Assist waiters during service, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages * Transport dishes from the kitchen to tables, maintaining presentation, organization, and service timing * Maintain constant communication with the kitchen and service staff * Restock utensils, tableware, and glassware according to operational needs * Verify that tables are clean, organized, and properly set * Assist with cleaning and organizing the dining area * Provide support during special events and peak demand periods Requirements * Minimum 1 year of experience as a runner, waiter assistant, or in customer service * Preferably experience in mid- to high-end restaurants * Excellent personal appearance * Flexible availability * Ability to work under pressure * Service-oriented attitude and teamwork skills Competencies * Courteous demeanor and customer orientation * Speed, energy, and attention to detail * Proactivity and willingness to assist * Effective communication * Organizational skills in service operations We Offer * Monthly salary of $9,452\.00 * Additional daily tip income * Statutory benefits starting from the third month * Provided uniform * Meal support * A professional and dynamic work environment * Growth opportunities within the service area Salary: $9,452\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
