We are looking for dynamic individuals with a positive attitude, passion for service, and a focus on excellence in customer service. This position is oriented toward providing direct support to the waitstaff team, ensuring agile, organized service aligned with the restaurant’s standards of quality, elegance, and hospitality. Job Objective To provide efficient support in the service area, guaranteeing accurate delivery of food and beverages, as well as maintaining dining room order and presentation to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Main Responsibilities * Support waitstaff during service, ensuring dishes and beverages arrive on time and are presented appropriately * Maintain constant coordination between kitchen and service areas * Restock utensils, glassware, and tableware according to operational needs * Verify that tables are properly set, clean, and presentable before and during service * Assist in cleaning and organizing the dining area * Collaborate during special events and provide general team support as required Requirements * Minimum 1 year of experience as a runner, waiter assistant, or in customer service—preferably in high-end restaurants * Excellent personal appearance * Flexible availability * Ability to work collaboratively and maintain pace during peak demand periods * Service-oriented attitude and sense of responsibility Competencies * Friendliness and courteous treatment of customers * Energy, agility, and attention to detail * Proactivity and willingness to assist * Teamwork * Effective communication * Positive attitude and service orientation We Offer * Monthly salary of $9,452.00 * Daily tips * Statutory benefits after 3 months * Provided uniform * Meal support * Professional, dynamic, and pleasant work environment * Opportunity for growth within the service department Salary: $9,452.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
