Job Summary: Ensure the execution of HVAC projects, guaranteeing on-time, on-budget, high-quality, and safe delivery while coordinating work teams. Key Highlights: 1. Leads the execution and coordination of HVAC projects. 2. Supervises work teams and operational staff. 3. Ensures compliance with regulations and standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, NOMs). **Objective:** Ensure proper field execution of HVAC projects, guaranteeing on-time, on-budget, high-quality, and safe delivery while coordinating work teams and supervisors. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan and coordinate HVAC construction execution. * Supervise execution supervisors and operational staff. * Ensure adherence to the construction schedule. * Validate physical progress against the timeline. * Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment). * Control quality during installation (ductwork, piping, equipment, testing). * Manage resources (labor, materials, tools). * Ensure compliance with regulations and standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, NOMs). * Participate in progress meetings with clients and management. * Identify risks and develop action plans. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month Experience: * HVAC Project Leader: 3 years (Mandatory) Willingness to travel: * 50% (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
